Hello and welcome to my new site!
While I was happy with my old site ( http://niksardos.com/oldsite/index.html ) when I decided to update it, I realized how hard it would be and that I would pretty much have to remake it every time I wanted to add something new. Static HTML sites were the only thing I was capable of making and I thought to make anything more manageable I would need to pay a developer or learn some crazy code.
Why didn’t anyone tell me this is what wordpress is sooner?? HA. I assumed it was just a site like livejournal where you got a name.wordpress.com url and some blog templates. Glad I stumbled upon some more info so I could use it as a CMS.
This site is pretty basic with only a few edits to the default theme and some plugins for video, galleries and a few tweaks. But it works and isn’t so different from my old site. And I can update it now! Easily! This is cool and I learned a bit in the process. Welcome and I hope you enjoy the site.
